Baked Kale Chips

Ingredients:

  • 1 large bunch of kale 
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil 
  • 1 teaspoon sea salt 
  • Pepper, to taste

Instructions:

  1. Using a knife or kitchen scissors, remove the kale leaves from thick stems and tear them into bite-size pieces. Wash and thoroughly dry the leaves. 
  2. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper. Add the kale, olive oil, and salt to the baking sheet and massage then evenly spread out the leaves. 
  3. Preheat the oven to 300 degrees Fahrenheit and bake for 10 minutes then flip and back for another 10-15 minutes.
