Berry Dark Chocolate Yogurt Bark

Ingredients: 

  • 2 cups plain probiotic Greek yogurt 
  • 3 tablespoons honey 
  • ¼ cup blueberries, fresh or frozen 
  • ¼ cup dark chocolate chips 
  • ¼ cup pecans, chopped 
  • 1 tablespoon chia seeds
  • A dash of cinnamon  

Instructions:

  1. Line a large-rimmed baking sheet with parchment paper 
  2. In a medium bowl, stir the yogurt and honey then spread onto the baking sheet. Sprinkle the blueberries, chocolate chips, pecans, and chia seeds evenly over the yogurt. Finish off with a dash of cinnamon.
  3. Freeze for at least 3 hours, or until very firm. To serve, cut or break into 16 pieces.
