Chia Pudding

Recipe

Ingredients: 

  • 4 tablespoons chia seeds 
  • 1 cup soy milk
  • ½ tablespoon honey, or maple syrup 
  • Toppings of choice: fruits or nut butters (optional) 


Instructions: 

  1. In a jar or small container, stir chia seeds, milk, and honey.
  2. Once well mixed, leave the mixture for 10 minutes, then stir well again.
  3. Refrigerate for 1-2 hours or overnight and serve with toppings of choice.
  4. Stored for 5-7 days in airtight container.
