Chia Pudding

Ingredients:
4 tablespoons chia seeds
1 cup soy milk
½ tablespoon honey, or maple syrup
Toppings of choice: fruits or nut butters (optional)
Instructions:
In a jar or small container, stir chia seeds, milk, and honey.
Once well mixed, leave the mixture for 10 minutes, then stir well again.
Refrigerate for 1-2 hours or overnight and serve with toppings of choice.
Stored for 5-7 days in airtight container.
