Cumin Lime Roasted Chickpeas

Ingredients: 

  • 1 can of chickpeas, rinsed, drained, and dried 
  • 2 tablespoons ground cumin
  • ½ tablespoon salt 
  • ½ tablespoon pepper 
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil 
  • 1 lime  

Instructions: 

  1. Preheat the oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit. 
  2. Line a large baking sheet with parchment paper. Add the chickpeas, cumin, olive oil, salt, and pepper and massage well.
  3. Bake for 45 minutes, shaking the pan after 15 and 30 minutes. 
  4. After finished baking, squeeze lime juice even across the chickpeas and store in a jar or container.
