Ingredients:
½ cup spinach
1 ½ cup chopped kale, stems removed
¾ cup soy milk
¼ cup frozen pineapple chunks
1 medium frozen banana, in chunks
½ cup probiotic Greek yogurt
Instructions:
In blender add ingredients (spinach, kale, pineapple, banana, yogurt, and milk.
Blend until smooth (add a splash of milk if necessary) and serve immediately.
