Green Power Smoothie

Ingredients: 

  • ½ cup spinach 
  • 1 ½ cup chopped kale, stems removed 
  • ¾ cup soy milk 
  • ¼ cup frozen pineapple chunks 
  • 1 medium frozen banana, in chunks 
  • ½ cup probiotic Greek yogurt 

Instructions:

  1. In blender add ingredients (spinach, kale, pineapple, banana, yogurt, and milk.
  2. Blend until smooth (add a splash of milk if necessary) and serve immediately.
