Mango Oat Yogurt Bowl

Ingredients:
½ cup plain probiotic Greek yogurt
⅓ cup old-fashioned oats
1 teaspoon honey
½ cup soy milk
½ a mango, sliced
Toppings: chia seeds, crushed almonds, coconut flakes
Instructions:
In a small saucepan, add milk and bring to a boil. Add oats and honey and bring down to a simmer. Cook for 5 minutes.
In a shallow bowl, pour the oatmeal onto and add the yogurt to the side.
In the center of the bowl, add the sliced mango and toppings and serve.
