Mango Oat Yogurt Bowl

Ingredients:

  • ½ cup plain probiotic Greek yogurt 
  • ⅓ cup old-fashioned oats 
  • 1 teaspoon honey 
  • ½ cup soy milk
  • ½ a mango, sliced  
  • Toppings: chia seeds, crushed almonds, coconut flakes  

Instructions:

  1. In a small saucepan, add milk and bring to a boil. Add oats and honey and bring down to a simmer. Cook for 5 minutes. 
  2. In a shallow bowl, pour the oatmeal onto and add the yogurt to the side. 
  3. In the center of the bowl, add the sliced mango and toppings and serve.
